Our commitment to local content support
In support of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act 2010, we are committed to maximizing the use of Nigerian human resources, materials, equipment and services in our operations without compromising the company’s values, quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Reasonable measures shall be undertaken at all times to meet requisite Nigerian Content levels.
As an oil and gas service provider, we shall implement government policies without compromising our intent of achieving the best overall value for the Project in terms of price, quality, efficiency, delivery, and operating parameters. We will also strive to maintain the close rapport we have built with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board.
Our commitment to health, safety & environment
We recognize the hazards and risks involved in our daily operation and the adverse health consequences that may result from accidents and operations mishaps. Therefore, our company operations are guided by standard safety requirements which form a part of continuous personnel training.
We train employees to work with a mindset that accident is preventable; hence a zero incident goal is attainable.
At BellPoint, we equate the welfare of our workforce and environment to our bottom line. We consider the health, safety and environmental aspects of our operations as being equally important as other business goals. Our Management leads on our Health, Safety and Environment policy thrust through personal example and active involvement of all employees, to create a climate in which everyone has a concern for environmental protection and a strong sense of responsibility for the safety and health of his/her fellow employees.
